Personal license
A personal license permits use by one individual for personal or internal professional work. It does not permit redistribution, resale or access sharing.
Team license
Where offered, a team license permits use by the stated number of people within one organization. It may not be transferred to clients or separate organizations.
Software and access keys
A key may be used only for the number of devices, accounts and period stated on the product page. Keys may not be published, shared or resold.
Downloads
You may make reasonable backup copies for your own licensed use. Removing ownership notices or making files publicly accessible is prohibited.
Termination
A license ends if its terms are materially breached. Fixed-term products also end when the purchased period expires.
Product-specific terms
If a product page provides additional license terms, those terms apply alongside this license and take priority for that product where they conflict.
