Information we collect
We collect account details, billing information, orders, support messages, consent records, and security and device logs needed to operate the service. Instamojo processes full payment credentials; DigiVault receives payment references, amounts and status.
Purposes and lawful use
We use information to create and secure accounts, process and deliver orders, issue receipts, provide support, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal duties, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use order data for unrelated advertising.
Processors and international access
We use service providers for authentication and storage (Supabase), website hosting, transactional email (Resend) and payments (Instamojo). Information may be processed where these providers operate, subject to contractual and legal safeguards.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. Order, invoice, payment, fraud and support records are retained only for operational, dispute, tax and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised. Closing an account does not erase records we must legally retain.
Security and incidents
We use encrypted connections, role-based access, private file storage, signed downloads and activity records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We will assess and notify affected people or authorities when required by applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, completion, export or deletion of eligible information, withdraw optional consent, and raise a grievance through support. We will verify identity before completing a request. Transactional messages needed to fulfil an order are not marketing.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, cart, wishlist and theme preferences. Optional analytics or marketing cookies will not be enabled without an appropriate consent choice.
