1. Seller and acceptance
DigiVault is an India-based digital-products business serving customers in India and other supported locations. By creating an account, placing an order or using a product, you accept these terms and the product-specific details shown before payment.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and must notify support promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
3. Products, prices and orders
Prices shown at checkout are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product pages state the format, licence, delivery method, included content and replacement period. An order is accepted only after payment verification. We may cancel and refund an order affected by fraud, availability, pricing or technical errors.
4. Delivery and fixed-term access
Automatic downloads are placed in the purchaser’s account after verified payment. Products marked manual are normally delivered within 2–6 hours. Access products are fixed-term, non-recurring purchases unless expressly stated otherwise; a new order is required for another term.
5. Intellectual property
A purchase grants only the licence stated on the product page. Ownership does not transfer. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, share or commercially exploit a product unless its licence expressly permits it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, share keys or download links, interfere with the service, use unauthorized payment methods, or use DigiVault products unlawfully.
7. Cancellations and liability
You may ask to cancel an unpaid order at any time. Paid digital orders are governed by the replacement and refund policy and mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, DigiVault is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss; nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Indian law. Consumer rights available in the customer’s jurisdiction remain unaffected. Legal and grievance enquiries may be submitted through the support form or to support@digivault.tech. DigiVault’s registered address and tax identifiers, where applicable, appear on the tax invoice.
